Before completing and transmitting your application, please prepare the following:

Once the application form is transmitted, you will be prompted to provide your most recent school transcript .
Once the application form is transmitted, you will also be prompted to provide three letters of recommendation. One of these letters should be from your pastor. If your parent/grandparent is your pastor, get a letter from another clergyperson if possible.
